Short t-shirt with a round neck and short sleeves, made in a ribbed knit that marks vertical lines across the whole body. The hem of the sleeves and of the base has a wavy lettuce-type edge, and the fit is close to the body.

Because of the vertical ribbing and the close fit, a cotton rib knit with spandex is recommended, which holds the wavy edge well without losing shape through washing. It works as a fitted basic for summer lines, and the lettuce hem should be sewn with a special serger to get an even lettuce effect.
