This policy applies to all purchases made on this site.

Digital sewing patterns

These are downloadable files delivered immediately: once the download is enabled, they cannot be returned for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or format. They do carry a warranty: if the file does not open, is damaged, or is not the pattern, format or sizes purchased, Modeltex fixes or resends it within 48 business hours at no cost and, if it cannot resolve the problem within 5 business days, refunds 100% through the same payment method. If the customer paid and cannot download, Modeltex sends the files by email or WhatsApp; once they are sent, the purchase is delivered and no refund applies.

How to request it

Through the withdrawal button at https://modeltex.fashion/returns, on WhatsApp (+54 9 11 5051 0079) or by email (contacto@modeltex.com.ar), with the order number and the email used for the purchase. We reply within 24 business hours with a confirmation of the request. Refunds are always made through the same payment method: PayPal (5 business days).

Frequently asked questions about returns

Can I return a digital pattern after downloading it?

Not for a change of mind: digital patterns are instant-delivery files, and a downloaded file cannot be returned. They are covered by a guarantee, though: if the file does not open, is damaged or is not the pattern, format or sizes you bought, Modeltex fixes or resends it within 48 business hours and, if it cannot resolve the problem within 5 business days, refunds 100% of the amount.

What happens if I paid and cannot download?

We send you the files by email or WhatsApp: write to us with the order number and the email used for the purchase. With that the purchase counts as delivered and, as with any download, there is no return afterwards. An order that has not been paid is cancelled automatically, at no cost.

How and when do I get my money back?

Always through the same payment method and in the name of the person who bought. PayPal payments, including card payments made through PayPal, are returned to the same PayPal account within 5 business days of the refund being approved. Never in cash and never to third parties.

What is the "Cancel a purchase" button?

It is the link in the footer of every page that leads to the claim form on the returns page. It is used to request the guarantee (wrong pattern, a file that does not open, a pattern that does not turn out as promised, or a payment without a download, in which case the files are sent by email or WhatsApp); we reply within 24 business hours with a confirmation of the request.
