Digital download policy

Modeltex sewing patterns are digital products: they are delivered by download (instant for the patterns marked as quick download; the rest within 24 hours of payment confirmation) and stay available from the customer's account, or from the link sent by email for purchases made without an account.

The full text of the policy is at https://modeltex.fashion/download-policy; the return and refund conditions are in the returns policy. Questions: contact.
